Another sweet hill killer........

This kicked my butt........ well worth it. Warmed up, did 15 min of single legged drills (AHHH- those are still something else!) then an awesome hill workout alternating sitting and standing. We sat for the first 1/2 of the set, stood for the second 1/2, then the last minute all out sprint. KILLER! Finished with a great cool down and some run technique work. I love my tuesday and thursday nights!
