      In spinning class I always imagine the hills to be wicked steep but I discovered this week riding my bike to my new job that when you have fat tires, even a small incline can become a cardio challenge. And 3 mins. seems like an eternity on the trainer, but most of the real world slopes I ascend on the way to work take me longer than that. Sigh.

      @ jonathan- ditto, i kept wondering how much pee was around me......gross.......but so true LOL! @maria- I just wish we could have 1 hour to only adult lap swim in the eve! :)
