Oh so much better, glute pain much less, some strain and still felt like I was forcing myself to run gingerly but for the most part the run felt much better than lately. Think I will stick with this distance for another week then maybe in a week on Sunday push out a 5. Used the foam roller, stretched, icing now, heat and stretch later. Gonna get this fixed!!
