    This was a really great run. First 20 miles I ran in 2:58, then took the reminder 6.2 at an easy pace, finishing running on the track with Shelly. Shirtless!

    This was a 5.4 mile race with a .6 warm-up. Race went really well. 11th place over all, 1st in my Division. Felt good. Even pace, with hills. Very Happy.
