kinetic revolution mobility challenge 12/13 & light kettlebell modified workout 01:00

we drove back all day saturday from utah so my quads have been really sore since then. yesterday went for a walk to get some blood flow to the legs. today decided i can move a little more so did day 12 & 13 of the mobility challenge, just skipped the plyo hops because my quads are still healing. also took it real easy on lunges. then started a new kettlebell program (what good timing). this is a 12 week program and today did the modified workout and used no weights for the squats. the squats felt good for the legs. rest was upper body and core which is fine. going to NYC tomorrow to friday so not sure how the workouts will be. may try to run tomorrow depending on how my quads feel in the morning. i thought id take more time off after the marathon, but the race didnt go as planned so my recovery should be a bit quicker. still taking it all easy for as long as needed though
