decide to sleep in today till almost 7 and have coffee and do computer stuff before heading out for a 9am run. thurs, fri, and sun will be very early runs. this was just nice and easy. respecting the recovery week...

nice run; always enjoyable to sleep in; it's why I save my hard stuff for the weekend so I can go at my own pace except for when my kids have to nerve to want to interrupt my plans :)
