got up 4:35ish for a RRP race.. so got back home and met Marie to run at 10:30. in those 6 hours i had a larabar and banana and coffee. was tired and not sure how id feel about this run but the espresso love gel eaten 20 min before we started kicked in. we warmed up slowly first 2 miles then pick up the pace and cruised in the low 9's from miles 3-11 then cooled down the last mile. i was starting to fade a bit and was getting hungry last 2 miles. but it was a comfortable pace even though it was faster than our normal long or easy runs. nap time
