fun class as always. first 20 minutes were mostly core and a little bit of glutes. then we did 1 min sets of TRX rows, biceps, triceps, rotational core and shoulder exercises, and threw in some weight work with lunge and press, sumo squat with upright row, and some more biceps and reverse flies. come on arms and back! look better already!
