met up with marie at 6:30 and we warmed up for 2 miles then did 5 in a progressive moderate pace then 1 mile c/d. when i did this last week it was faster.... maybe its because i push myself harder when by myself and have tunes on? i dont know... saturday we are doing something similar for our long run so well see how it goes. i shouldnt hold back on challenging myself just because im running with someone, i guess as long as she's ok with it

Soem runs are just faster than others. THis looks pretty good and shoudl feel you rested enough to push that next run.
