this class was great. the instructor really focused on form and 2 of the basic pilates principles which is breathing and pelvic placement. so there was a ton of core work and we moved through the exercises slowly and methodically. so it was mostly core and some good stretching. felt great really enjoyed the trembling transversus abdominis
