felt tired today but finally forced myself out for a sunshine break in the middle of the busy day. ive decided this is the summer i will finally run in a sports bra and shorts, no tank and be ok with it. im quite self conscious and really shouldnt be. im not tiny, but im smaller than a lot of people. so i tucked my tank around my waist and hit the beach path. it felt really good. i quickly stopped caring. so many men run with their shirts off its not fair that women hide under so much fabric more often. kept it easy, did 10 x 10 sec hill sprints for form and ran back while baring my ribs. plus i need to work on getting some more even tan lines
