      Sorry it didn't go the way you had hoped. I have had too many races like that, so I know how you feel. It's hard to make everything click right at the right time and achieve that perfect race, but you do it enough, and eventually it will happen. Glad you were able to turn it around and salvage things after all that. Just knowing you finished under those conditions will make you feel mentally stronger for the next one.

      thank you April!! it happens, i got over it pretty quick after i accepted the fact that sometimes these things happen. will be texting you soon to plan a run once im recovered and back to training for NYC :)

    did day 11 of the kinetic revolution warmed up 1.25 mile then ran down 7:30 oops a little fast than ran easy and did .25 and jogged back up. avg hr 150. pink kinvaras

    went for a walk too. didnt do the mobility challenge yesterday so did 2 today, might do 2 days tomorrow too. taper has given me a ton of energy. good time to get a lot of stuff done around the home
