Thanks! I was training prety hard in the spring and in constant pain. Finally, I decided to call the season quits, and took all the pressure off. Didn't take a watch or Garmin on my runs, didn't log runs, didn't have a schedule... I just ran what I felt like each day. Body and mind feeling good and ready to train hard again!
