I felt great even with the cold weather. I forgot my swim cap and my hair kept getting in my face so that was distracting and felt off my game.

3 weeks ago I couldn't swim more than 50 yards consistently. Today I swam 1200 yards consistently. I'm in shock. Persistence pays off.
