    Stressful day so not a good swim.

    3 weeks ago I couldn't swim more than 50 yards consistently. Today I swam 1200 yards consistently. I'm in shock. Persistence pays off.

  6. Out of town shoot in Seattle so now off my training. Making up for it today with a swim, bike ride, and run. Never thought I would miss swimming but now I'm obsessed!
