good Final Fit Test- BR challenge 00:12:00
50 sec intervals: 39 squat jumps, 27 pushups, 20 burpees, 150 high knees, 36 switch lunges, 26 tuck jumps and 17 straight abs- not much improvement:(

Holy crap that is awesome Terry!!! I just did the my first fit test because I am starting bodyrock/ZWOD. And comparing your numbers to mine- you are AMAZING! I have alot of work to do if I want to get where you are. Awesome!

Broke an hour for the 10k (58 min) Not bad considering the sandy/snowy roads and ICY sidewalks! Between those 2 and the Kinvaras- my hamstrings were knotted like crazy! Time for a stretch.
