Goal=beat Loonie's times from yesterday....didn't happen but that's ok! It was humid as heck out this morning. I felt like quitting after the first one, but pushed through. The track was crowded with Tri It For life folks - at least they were moving compare to all the people who walk that track. Plan target pace was 7:15-7:30. Splits were 7:06/7:10/7:13/7:06/7:09 with mile warm up and cool down. Walked a little after last split. I could have used a friend to push me more, but I need to work on pushing myself.
