      Men are so lucky...they just run anywhere, anytime without a care in the world. We women have to have 1 headphone out, looking behind us at every corner with pepper spray in hand. Maybe you should borrow the Chihuahua as a guard dog on your runs! Nicely done!

    These legs are tired. Weights yesterday plus beach then pool with the kiddos, I was glad for this to be over. Done whining. It's gorgeous out there, heading over the dune to the beach!

      I'm always afraid of those tanks as well... I wear a sports bra underneath them & it helps... but then its also very hot with 2 layers of thick material around the chest. ya gotta do what ya gotta do :)
