    Didn't know I could swim that long, did a slow and easy breaststroke but still, 30 min without stopping was a lot easier than I expected.

    With 6x400meter pickups. Didn't want to do the pick-ups but I'm glad I did. They were actually a good distraction and they made me finish faster :-)

    TIRED legs - holy complainy-pants at the start - took 4 miles for them to warm up and shut up, but was a pretty good run after that...not too warm out, yet - I'm glad I went early
