After a week of P90X here is what I have to say : Bummer! I didn't lose a pound even if I followed the meal plan to a tee. I couldn't believe my eyes this morning when I saw my weight, I even gained a half pound and my % of body fat is 1% higher! I just don't understand it. I'm not going to change anything this week except running 3 days a week to see if that kickstarts my weight loss. If anyone had input, it would be greatly appreciated.

On the upside, I do feel stronger and a little more flexible.

    What method are you using for bodyfat measurement? I'd say this would fall within the margin of error of most measurement methods - to the point where you might have lost a little bodyfat and it's hidden in the error margin. If you're using a bodyfat scale, hydration levels can sometimes send it out of whack. I drink a glass of water, step on mine and tadaa, 1% bodyfat more!

    My husband says maybe I should change the batteries in the scale. or maybe I should just drop the scale completely and measure myself every week.
