good Kickboxing, MMA 01:15

Ms. Instructor kicked my ass today. 20 minutes of straight punches, uppercuts, hooks, into punching burnouts, kicks, rapid fire kicks, push-kicks, punch-kicks, then knees. THEN I held the pads for my partner... omg, talk about a shoulder workout. Those pads add weight and after totally fatiguing your arms. Wow. Fantastic.
Then onto push-ups, push-ups on a medicine ball, squat-jump-raise medicine ball over head-push it out front of you-down for a push-up routine. No mercy, I tell ya. No mercy.
Finished with 10 minutes of abs/core.
Thank god for crazy instructors like her. LOVE MY WORKOUTS.
