good Kickboxing 01:10

Nonstop cardio today, like Tuesday's class. Kicks and punches and squats and jumps with all of the kicks, punches, and squats. Then came the abs. I think tomorrow I'm taking the day off.. it's been a great week of kicking-Lori's-ass exercise classes, but I need a day of rest to reboot. ;)

    And another kick ass workout (literally!) from Lori T! Excellent idea on the rest. As if yesterday wasn't enough rest for me, today I'm doing Stretch-X. Stretching to the eXtreme! Well, okay, not really... but that's to be preceded by an 6 - 9 mile run :-) Rest well!
