40 minute hill run then lifted (biceps, triceps, squats, lunges) for a half hour. Nice simple workout.

Nice 9 mile run this morning. It was a buddy run but I got back about 40 minutes before everyone else... yikes... I must have wanted the run to end, huh?
30 minutes of swim time followed by 3 sets of biceps and abs. Short and sweet workout.

Yup, I'm in Alaska. I lifted (various weights and exercises) for 40 minutes then hit the road for 30 minutes, taking in the extremely clean air and the crisp green all around me. :)

for about a week. anchorage, skagway, ketchikan, finishing up in vancouver canada. loved it! if you enjoy the outdoors and nature (which, you do!) try going to costa rica one of these days. that place is life altering! :)

Training for running, you mean? I'm not using what you sent me.. :( I'm following our Team In Training plan for running but we haven't been doing much speed work, which, yeah, totally helps! I'm doing some stuff on my own but I should look back on what you sent me again.
And yeah, you're really fast... that's freakin' awesome!

:) no worries about the plan. it's probably best you do a more traditional plan w/out so much speed work so as not to aggravate the knee too much :)
