Much, much better than yesterday. I even had a 5K PB during this run (28:48). I did some dynamic stretching before I ran (bum kicks and leg swings) and it seems to have helped with my groin pain. It still hurts but not half as much. I also extended my stretching session post-run too. Fingers crossed I can fix this.
