      Active recovery is good, and that's a tidy walking pace. Do you have the dog *instead* of a car, or are the two things unrelated?

      Haha no. I just never learnt to drive. Its something I'm going to sort out from September as I can't do without a car for much longer. Its something I should have done at 17 but its better late than never!
