Did I really PR in the last three 5Ks I've run? A-yup. Today I PR'd by 1:15. Being able to cross the Boston Marathon finish line is quite a motivator. I've improved my 5K time by more than 2 minutes in less than a month. The bar is set really high for my next race now!
