Ran after the ride, even though my legs were more shot than usual!! Did this one in shoes. My foot is telling me to moderate the barefoot thing a bit more, so I'm going to use it more as a training tool to strengthen my feet. So this time, I ran in the old Mirages, which aren't too bad. I'd forgotten that my dumb podiatrist had stuck a bunch of cork inside them, so I ripped it out and that made them much better. I can tell barefooting has improved my form already.
