    Ran at a 6.5 mph pace, walked at a 3.5 mph pace at 4.0 incline, walked backwards at 2.3 mph pace at 4.0 incline for a total of 2 miles.

    5:15am run. I could have run longer but my running partner (my dog) was panting and moving very slowly. I think it was a little too hot for him.
