      Way to go!!!
      I was doing so good then BAM ... @&#!! shin splints. I went out for the 15 miler last week and when I realized after 3miles my shins were not warming up and I was in real pain, I turned around.
      Keep up the great work!! I'm trying to get back on our plan, but I may have to cut a few miles off those long runs for a while.
