      Use Vaseline generously. :) Good for you for getting so far without your watch or an ipod. That's quite the feat!

      It's cheaper than the special goo they make for long-distance runners and it does the same thing. :) I lathered up for my long runs...lots of places.

      Please email me. I walked a few short distances (.1 mi ish). It gets really hard around 10-12 miles. I hit 11 miles and walked about .25 miles. This was my longest yet!!
