    Longest distance in awhile. Went on the treadmill at UNMC with Miranda. I walked .2 and ran .8 of every mile.

      Well, yay anyway. I am not consistent on here. I am consistently log with my fitbit, which accumulates my running and walking miles. Get a fitbit and then hit me up as a fitbit friend.
