Another Mtn Bike ride on a beginner/intermediate level single trail. Only took one spill today while trying to get my feet out of the new pedal straps.. Another good cardio and quad work-out!

First time running this pace in a while and still havn't gotten over this sinus congestion, so had to stop a few times to recover (cough, clear throat, etc..). Beautiful running weather though..
