    Perfect running weather! Felt great to get outside!! First 2 miles were sub 8 m/m (7.56, & 7.58). The hills slowed me down a little for rest of the run.

      Hills will do that to you. That is really good for running on hills though.

      Thanks! The hills are not very steep; just long climbs, but there are 3 of them on my regular route. In fact, there isn't much of my route that is flat.

    First time running this pace in a while and still havn't gotten over this sinus congestion, so had to stop a few times to recover (cough, clear throat, etc..). Beautiful running weather though..
