Did the first half of the ladder workout I created today (http://www.runningandcupcakes.com/2012/08/02/a-wicked-ladder/), then recovered. After recovery, tried to attack the second half and my lungs said no way in hell lady. So I did a bunch of random interval/recovery stuff instead. Rounded out Mile 5 at a 9:30 pace, then cooled down for 1/4 mile.
