    Swam laps today. No idea how long. I forgot what time I started lol but the water was nice. Didn't push myself too much. Didn't want to over do it fort race tomorrow.

    Ran for about 30 mins or so this evening. Ran up to south to run the cross country course once to get used to running on the grass. Felt pretty good considering I ran yesterday.

    Swam at the willoughby city pool today for 55 mins. Lovely day! Great to be outside and in the water :) cool water is nice compared to the sweatfest 5k yesterday.
