    What a gorgeous day for February in NH. 52 degrees and sunny! Walked out and ran back. Getting back into it.

    Hilly out and back full of deer flies, heat and good conversation. We ran on the flats and downhills and walked up hill. Haven't been running too much lately. Or moving period. Back at it.

    Wonderful lunch followed by a long walk on the Peterborough Rail Trail with my good friend Nicole today. Nice to be outside and enjoying the fresh air. We had some quality time to catch up!
