    Time change messed up my body clock. Could not get out of bed early to do this run so waited until lunch hour. Felt pretty good! Working the soreness out from Saturday's run!

    Another 6mi on the treadmill. I think my legs are getting use to the extra mileage. Although I am not sure about the rest of my body. Did 4 sets of pushups: 40, 35, 30 and 30. Also did 110 situps.

      Way to stay positive.Use a foam roller on those legs.It helps me.I have a body wrench and love it!That is still an impressive pace.

    Speed Work

    Did 1/2 mile sprints today. 3:11, 3:09, 3:11 and 3:11 with about 1/8 mile jogs in between. It was really tough. I was close to puking after each sprint.
