The calf is still in spasm and can't even walk well, though I'm hopeful it will relax after yesterday's massage from Robin H. Did an ab workout - 300 crunches that I pinned (look - I didn't just pin it, I'm using it!) planks and pushups. Motivated by Brodie W. to do Plan B

    Man...it must be a calf problem epidemic...several runner friends of mine are suffering the same. Do your best to let it rest! Hope you are feeling better soon.
