    Easy miles with 4x75 meter strides at the end. Beautiful morning! Can't wait til tomorrow's race - my first race on a team! Yay not just me!

      Awesome workout!!! My favorite part of running at the track is running barefoot in the grass/turf. :-) Good luck on Sunday - Jo and I will be there volunteering.

    Great workout tonight at the track! 3x1200 at goal 10k race pace then 1 set 15 second cut backs starting at 1:30 down to :15. The cut backs were at 5k pace. Stopped for sushi on the way home :)
