    5x all: 25 p/ups (girlie), 1 min planks, 10 twisting crunches w/8lb ball, 25 bicycle crunches and 15 ball exchange crunches. May have been a little aggressive, we'll see tomorrow....

      Nice! The crunches I did last week were on the inverted bench with a 25lb weight on my chest- Did I hurt the next day.. a good hurt!

      Nothing wrong with the smell of manure. If you were raised on a farm, and loved it like I did, that smell brings back great memories. It is the first thing I thought of when I read the mission.

  17. #dailymission - as a runner training for 2 marathons a year, I go through (to the 12 days of Christmas) 4 prs of shoes, 3 playlists, several prs of socks, and a gallon of chocolate milk!
