good Yogalates class 01:30

Not a bad class. Made a little progress on some poses, but not on others. I get the feeling that I'll go back to ashtanga or try bikram after this class is over. I don't feel I'm as flexible as I am when I'm regularly practicing only yoga -- and there's something I really miss about the repetitiveness of sun salutations, etc.
