Nice sunny morning in Ottawa. Run wasn't overly speedy but felt strong compared to the last few times I've been out. Apologies to the woman I decided I would race along the canal... I know you didn't sign up for that.

Medium resistance, steady pedaling with a few intervals. Felt good to force a little speed on my legs.

For once it wasn't raining, snowing, or raining and snowing in Ottawa -- so despite being pretty tired on this run I was pretty content. This is a drop-down week for me so I'm not planning to do anything crazy.
