    Jogged for about 15 minutes. Lots of hills again and huge stroller. Leisurely walk back, nothing strenuous at all on the way back, uphill part was KILLER though!

    Pushed myself way hard today. I was able to do all the standing and sprinting and didn't wimp out on increasing my tension! I'll say it, I'm super proud of myself!!

    The 3 minute runs are still kinda hard, but I'm DOING it. This program seriously rocks. I love how I'm feeling everyday and also loving the clothes that aren't fitting anymore ;)

    Seriously, LOVE spin! It's hard, but I love it. Realized this week that I need to stay more flat footed while I spin so my toes don't keep cramping up... not fun!
