good To Hen House & back home 8.1 mi 01:15 09:13 pace

alright Just a lil speedwork 2 mi

1st mile: 8:24, 2nd 8:22. It was great to have my hubby, Ted, come along to time me. It helped push me, because I didn't want to let him down ;)
