      Are there any running groups near you, might be a less expensive option and a good way to have support and push you too.

      I used an online coach through each of my marathons ... totally agree, the knowledge, big picture perspective and someone to be accountable to are worth their weight in gold. We talked by Skype from time to time and I could email anytime with questions and concerns. If you can't find anyone local, this might also be an option.

      There is a group that meets in Liberty every Sunday morning if you like the group idea! We meet at 7am behind Buffalo Wild Wings. We also often go for breakfast after to chat, usually about running!

      It says this workout is saved as a cycling workout - that's probably why it says km/h. (Or is this a ride?) Nice speedy work anyway!
