    Glad to get the miles in, despite them being slow. Speed will come back with consistency. At least that's my mantra ;)
    Temp: 30F ("feels like 22F) w/ 5-10 mph breeze. Brrr...

      Thank you Barbara! One thing I have learned is that, if I set out running immediately, instead of stretching outside, I stay warmer. Also, I just learned yesterday that if there's a cold breeze, I need to run WITH the wind for the first part of my run, giving my feet time to warm up before running INTO the wind. I'll be interested to see if your friend has any suggestions :)

      Ann, you should join our Sunday Runday group sometime. There are lots of motivating people. We run at 7am usually near Liberty but occasionally we start at The Running Well Store closer to you. We have a few that travel from your area to run with us.
