      Sounds like fun!! I like the looks you get from people when you're out in the pouring rain. Plus once your wet, your wet, might as well have fun with it. Nice that the coffee shop was willing to help you out.

      Yeah, no water fountains on the trail! I quite often use Hen House, or if you go all the way down the trail into Riverside there's a water fountain at Renner Brenner Park (behind QT). You weren't wearing a neon yellow shirt today were you?

      @Missy B., yes I was!! haha! I was the one who looked like she wanted to dive in the creek for a drink :) I passed a couple of young females, & was wondering if one was you (it's hard to tell from DM profile pics). And thanks all! I did stop at Hen House, but they took their water fountain out (yes, I drank from the faucet in the bathroom. I was THAT thirsty!) Probably just need to use one of those belts that holds a little bottle or two.
