  1. RUN
alright English Landing Park 7.05 mi 01:05 09:15 pace

I've been terrible about logging my runs/workouts, but need to get better about that so I can keep track of my training. Hope you're all doing well! :)

  2. RUN
blah EL Park trails 5 mi 00:51 10:07 pace

  3. VELO
good Home to EL Park w/ Ted 6.5 mi

Not as much of a workout as I would have liked, because it was mostly flat or downhill. But still a beautiful night to be out with my sweetie!

  4. Has anyone done the St. Louis marathon? I just signed up last week, and am excited to start training again! Just curious if anyone's got insight into the race. Thanks! :)

  5. RUN
alright English Landing park 4 mi 00:38 09:26 pace

Haven't been posting all my runs/workouts, but have at least been a little more consistent about getting them done. I've got a long way to go before I get my pace back to where I want it.

Nice work Ann. Glad your leg seems to be healed up and you are ready to slowly build up. Good luck wherever you decide to run your next attempt at a BQ time.
