The heat will be gone soon. I guess the hills don't go anywhere though.

I love my Garmin 610. I hated the 405 bezel, but the 610 touchscreen is great.

Boy, bizarre. I would be totally unnerved if that happened to me. I have flipped people off before, but usually in broad daylight on busy streets.

  15. RUN
    great home 3.1 mi

Easy run to get the week started. I like running at night, but it's harder because theres too much temptation to just sleep. Legs are feeling good, but can't say the same for toenails.

What's up with the toenails? Maybe you need bigger shoes? Good run.

i've tried bigger, smaller, different brands, no luck. I think it's just the length of my second toe or shape of my feet that just allows the toenail to scathe the surface of my shoe, pull back the nail and thus result in either loss of toenail or like now just pain. The nail is 2 or 3 times the size it should be and "bent" so trimming doesn't do anything either, same on both sides. I've grown used to it but i was hoping it was just from running lots of miles before...it's not.
