First mile alternated quarters with: 10 squats, 10 pushups, 20 mountain climbers, 10 lunges, 10 plank-to-pushups. Second mile just ran. Sweat covered, very tired, but I'm back out there and it feels good. Five weeks of not running is way too long - especially during #INGNYCM Training preseason. Here's to no soreness tomorrow and an injury-free training season!
