Mostly running easy. A bit breezy going out and an out and back. Did a 90 sec faster pace pick up at beginning. Ran a mile of this to home depot parking lot to my car. Relaxed for 3-4 min. Changed shirts, ate a snickers peanut butter egg and drank some cola. Then finished with 4.5 miles. Sunny.
