Jog 800m then run hard (equal or greater than mile race I am guessing) very other block, block easy jog for 2.4 mi) short cool down. I liked this speed workout. I have only a short time to run after school...parenting responsibilities. 30 cloudy. (garmin says my fastest pace first mile 5:28, 2nd mile 5:20, 3rd mile 5:14.)
