I had a cold all week, so I have backed off. Gorgeous day sunny and mid 40's I keep thinking I will see a robin soon. Kept it short. I have been stretching and doing strengthening some this week.

#dailymission January 1, I think it was 1983. I did a 3 mile run. It was -25F with a wind chill of -100. In Wisconsin. I was 22. I am not likely to do that again.

Well that sucks.....have you been doing any core work??? my 4.5 years of injury after injury went away after strengthing my core and hamstrings and quads....I now maintain two or three times a week and it only takes 10 minutes..
