    Gorgeous day 46 sunny. . Did some leg weight lifting, strength training, extra stretching I am reducing miles trying too get tendonitis better. Didn't feel it while running, it is better.

  7. #dailymission January 1, I think it was 1983. I did a 3 mile run. It was -25F with a wind chill of -100. In Wisconsin. I was 22. I am not likely to do that again.

      Layers...thats all it takes...and to tell someone where you are running and what time to expect you back, so they can come drag your frozen ass out of the ditch if needed.

      Well that sucks.....have you been doing any core work??? my 4.5 years of injury after injury went away after strengthing my core and hamstrings and quads....I now maintain two or three times a week and it only takes 10 minutes..

      It's the loss of depth perception that is disorienting. You're the antithesis of a wimp for running in the dark at all.

      hahaha I know the feeling! I don't run trails in the dark on purpose. I do however run dirt roads sometimes and there are times when I scare myself half to death! nice job!
