    Got clearance to run. Had a bone marrow edema (bone stress) along with a injured tendon (same spot in foot) Ran 10x 1 minute with 1 min walk on trail. Focused on upright form which helped.

    Ran ok considering I have been nursing a sore ankle. One of the slowest times I have ever run. Age catching me? But raced hard. Great weather. Had a blast before and after race.
