      thanks, tonia. katye has such a peppy spirit that the last 4.5 at the faster pace didn't even feel out of my range. :)

    I think I might have been nuts. I ended up doing the 2nd half all uphill and against the wind. But hey, it's good practice for race day.

    Started with 5 min. of walking to warm up. Gradually progressed running speed from 5.2-6.0 for first 2.5 miles and then finished workout with 5.4 speed.
