I used my Empi to subside any pain I might feel. I was surprised when I had to turn it off because it was too distracting while trying to find a rhythm. I was even more surprised when I decided t... read more

  2. RUN
    injured 1.19 mi 00:17 14:36 pace

Thanks for the well wishes! I've been really bummed :( I worked so hard all winter and was looking forward to having some nice running this fall. I did get some summer races in though :) Last one was in July. I think I might disobey Docs orders and bike a little before surgery. I didn't "feel" like it was hurting anything??? I've gained A TON of weight too :( I'm dying to do SOMETHING!!!

I forgot to turn it back on at one of our stops. I had forgotten that I had problems figuring it out but I remember now. That's what it was. Do you remember? I'll eventually get used to the darn thing! What feature are you talking about?
