  1. RUN
good Another quickie 3.2 mi 00:24 07:33 pace

Not much time today, but had to squeeze in a shorty as the weather was prime. Soaked up whatever vitamin D I could get!

  2. RUN
good Lunchtime quickie 3.75 mi 00:29 07:43 pace

Nice little loop with a few small hills. Windy with blue sky above. Pushed to finish within the lunch timeframe. It paid off. Haven't seen a pace in the 7s in a long time.

  3. FIT
    good Slide Mountain 6 mi

Chilly, blue sky kind of day. Gorgeous and clear. Enjoyed by all...especially Lilly, the 4-legged one.

Deepest blue sky I've seen in a few weeks. Cool, crisp temps. Ahhh....

    good Trainer 00:40

It's been a while, and its still not much fun. Felt good to move and sweat after sitting all day in a non-productive mtg. Opened the door and rode beside the rain.

Love covering new territory! Scenic, refreshing, much needed.

  11. RUN
    alright 3.75 mi 00:30 08:00 pace

Didn't really want to go out. Felt great after about 5 min through till the end. Gut aching and sour afterward. Blah.

  12. RUN
good Before the rain 3.1 mi 00:24 07:44 pace

After work. Before date night. Good to go.

  13. VELO

  14. VELO
good time to explore 25.5 mi 01:40 15.3mph pace

First day in a long time that I had no plans after work. Took advantage of the welcoming weather. This one was for you. ;)

  16. VELO
    alright 28 mi 01:49 15.4mph pace

Head games got the best of me as usual. Disappointed. It was supposed to be a fun and relaxing ride. Oh well...it's done and in the bag.

  17. walk
good J-burg with Lilly 7.5 mi

Day off and without kiddos, so Lilly and I took my parents on a hike/walk through the park.

  18. RUN
    blah 3 mi

Well, that was awful. Every miserable step of it.

  19. RUN
    good Hilly 5 5.14 mi 00:42 08:10 pace

Hot hotness. I'm over it. Bring on the coolness of fall. Still, a nice stress buster.

  20. RUN
    good Rodale loop 4 mi

One hour till race time. One warmed up...Three played...and I squeezed in a solid run in the new VFFs.
