  1. RUN
blah Slacker Seven 7.06 mi 01:24 11:51 pace

Sore from the race the day before. I just didn't realize it until I was halfway from home. Walked most of the second half.

  2. RUN
    great Sweetheart 12K 7.04 mi 01:00 08:32 pace

Felt great. Started at a comfortable 8:30 and really tried to focus on staying on it and then picking up speed at the end. I didn't think I could hit close to an hour time. First in my age group.
